Crown Control Pilates Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Crown Control Pilates services, including our website, mobile application, bookings, memberships, and studio participation. By purchasing services, booking classes, creating an account, or opting into communications, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.



1. General Participation

Clients are expected to follow studio rules, posted guidance, and instructor direction at all times. Crown Control Pilates reserves the right to refuse service, remove a participant from a class, or suspend access where necessary to protect the studio environment, staff, or clients.


2. Reservations and Attendance

  • Classes may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations will result in the loss of the session.
  • No-shows will be charged as a completed session.


3. Memberships and Payments

  • Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
  • Membership fees are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.
  • Late or failed payments may result in additional charges or temporary suspension of booking privileges.


4. Membership Changes

To cancel or pause a membership, written notice must be provided at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.


5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate, or have parental or guardian consent where permitted.


6. Studio Standards

  • Clients are expected to use equipment with care, maintain cleanliness, and show respect for others in the studio.
  • Grip socks are required for all sessions.
  • Please arrive on time and follow any check-in, waitlist, or studio procedures communicated by Crown Control Pilates.


7. SMS Communication Program

  • If you opt in, you consent to receive messages related to your bookings, membership, promotions, and studio updates.
  • You may receive approximately 4 to 6 messages per week, depending on your activity and engagement.
  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for assistance.
  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.


8. Website and App Use

You agree not to misuse our website, app, or booking platform, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with operations, or using the services for unlawful purposes.


9. Changes to Terms

Crown Control Pilates may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
